Lily Rabe
Lily Rabe is an American actress. Her numerous roles on the FX horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021) are her most well-known. In recognition of her performance as Portia in the Broadway production of The Merchant of Venice, she received a nomination for the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play. She has starred in films like What Just Happened (2008) and Pawn Sacrifice (2010). Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits 2017 and Vice (2018). Fractured (2019). Rabe was also featured on television in The Whispers (2015) and The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021), and The First Lady (2022). Rabe's screen debut was in 2001 opposite Jill Clayburgh, her mother. She also made her first professional stage appearance with her mother at the Gloucester Stage Company of Massachusetts. She was in two one-act shows: Speaking Well of the Dead by Israel Horovitz as well as The Crazy Girl by Frank Pugliese. The roles allowed her to award her an Equity Card. [9] In July 2003, she returned to the Gloucester Stage Company to appear in Proof by David Auburn. She was also featured in the film Mona Lisa Smile. After graduation, she relocated back to New York. Deirdre O'Connor's White Jesus was her first-act play. It was part of a show called The Democracy Project, presented by the Naked Angels Theater Company.
